Elf Bard Female Young Short Blue Hair

She stands before you, tall and proud. Her blue hair is short and spiked, and her elf ears are long and pointed. She’s armed with a bow and arrows, and she’s wearing a quiver of them on her back. She looks like she knows how to use them.
