So what is it about this game that is so appealing? I think it has to do with the fact that it is completely open-ended. There are no limits to what you can do or where you can go. And that sense of freedom is intoxicating.

I remember the first time I played, I was an elf cleric. I had long golden hair and wore flowing robes. I felt like I could do anything. And in that moment, I was transported to another world entirely.
